GoodEarth GEWA collects location data only from staff users (technicians and supervisors), and only when they explicitly turn on the "On Duty" feature. Before any location is collected, the app shows a disclosure and requests permission; staff can choose to allow it and can turn it off at any time from within the app.While a staff member is on duty, the app collects their device's precise location in the background (including when the app is closed or not in use) and shares it with authorized property management personnel within the app. This is used solely to coordinate and dispatch on-site maintenance and operations across the residential community in real time.Residents do not share location data. Location is never used for advertising, sold, or shared with third parties for their own purposes. Location data is transmitted securely (HTTPS) and retained only as long as needed for operational coordination; staff can disable sharing at any time by toggling "Off Duty," which stops all background location collection.6. Data Security
All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.7. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Profile → Delete Account.8. Your Rights
